Privacy policy

Game data: your company, trucks, trips, money in the game, achievements and rankings.

Account data if you register: your email address and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself).

Technical data: your IP address and browser information in server logs and for rate limits, kept for a short time to keep the game safe.

Delivery notifications, only if you turn them on: the address your browser gives us for sending notifications. Turning them off deletes it.

Usage statistics: which parts of the game are used and when (for example “started a session”, “finished the first trip”), linked to your random account id. No cookies, IP address or device data. We only look at totals, such as how many new players come back the next day.

Purchases are handled by Paddle (see below). We receive the product, the amount, your account id and, from Paddle, at most the card type and its last four digits — never the full card number.

One essential cookie keeps you signed in (haul_session). It is needed for the game to work, so there is no consent banner.

Your browser also remembers small settings such as sound and the notification wording. They stay on your device.

The usage statistics use no cookie and nothing stored on your device.

Other players see your company name, level, fleet size and rankings. Never your email.

Service providers that run parts of the game for us: our hosting provider (servers), our email provider (account emails), Paddle (payments, as merchant of record) and your browser's push service (Google, Mozilla, Apple or Microsoft) if you turn notifications on.

We do not sell data and we show no ads.

Guest games nobody has opened for 30 days are deleted automatically.

Registered accounts are kept until you delete them. You can do that yourself at any time: Account → Delete account. Your company and everything in it is deleted at once.

Usage statistics are deleted after 13 months, and at once when you delete your account.

Purchase records: when an account is deleted we keep only a minimal record of its purchases (transaction number, product, amount, currency, date) for up to 10 years, as tax and commercial law require and for refund or chargeback disputes. Card and billing details and anything that links the record to you are removed. Paddle keeps its own invoices as the merchant of record.

Under the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or object to processing. You can delete your account yourself (see above). For anything else, email us from your account address and we answer within 30 days.

Convoy Tycoon is not meant for children under 13. Players under 18 need a parent's permission for purchases.

If this policy changes we update the date above; important changes are announced in the game.
