Terms of use

You can play as a guest; a guest game lives only in that browser until you register with an email. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

One company per player. Accounts made to push rankings, bots and automated play are not allowed.

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, attack the service or harass other players. Company names must not be offensive, hateful or pretend to be someone else; we may rename such companies.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Guild members talk with messages chosen from a fixed list and a plan made of fixed parts; there is no free text. Do not use them to spam or harass. Anyone can report a guild message or a guild in the game; we review reports, may remove content or stop someone posting, and say why.

For other notices about content in the game, write to info@fktyazilim.com.

Credits, trucks, levels and other game items have no real-world value and cannot be sold, traded for money or paid out. Credits, XP and rankings are never for sale.

Paid extras give comfort or looks, never more pay per trip. They are linked to your account and are not transferable.

Purchases are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which also handles tax, invoices and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. See our refund policy.

We keep improving the game, so features, balance and the map can change. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. If we ever shut the game down we will announce it in advance.

The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
