14-day refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, for any reason. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net, or write to us and we will help.

What happens after a refund

The refunded item is removed from your account (for example a paint or the auto-dispatcher). Everything you earned by playing stays.

After 14 days

Later requests are reviewed case by case, for example when an item did not work as described.
