Guilds: team goals, big contracts, yards and flags
1 min read
A guild is a group of trucking companies working towards shared weekly goals. There is no shared money and no free chat; you cooperate by hauling.

Weekly team goal and big contract
Every week the guild has a delivery goal; members who helped earn a reward when it is reached. The big contract asks for tons into one country, and members with enough tons share credits, XP and a finished-contract badge.
Points, yards and flags
Deliveries earn guild points. The leader can open up to three yards in cities: members repair cheaper there and get extra parking. The leader also picks a flag that flies on every member's truck and over the yards.
Talk without chat
The guild board has the leader's plan built from fixed parts, short preset messages and an automatic feed of what happened. It keeps the guild coordinated without the moderation problems of free chat.
